Returns & Exchanges
Merchandise with manufacturer damage or defects may be returned. Items that have been altered, worn, or damaged by the customer cannot be returned. "Customized" items are not returnable. All returns, exchanges, and refunds are made at our discretion.
Shipping & Handling
Orders with stocked inventory are normally delivered within 2 to 4 days after shipment (excluding Sundays). Orders with "custom-made" items are normally delivered within 2-3 weeks. Customer is responsible for providing the correct shipping address. Standard shipping is "Priority Mail" via United States Postal Service. "First Class" shipping may also be used based on our discretion. We reserve the right to select the carrier. Items may ship separately. Additional costs may apply for use of different method of delivery and/or carrier. Additional costs will apply to "rush" orders.
Shipping and handling charges may "vary" based on weight, destination and handling of account. Charges include postage, materials, and customer service. The current shipping and handling charge is for the purchase of 1 item. Additional costs may apply and vary for orders with 2 or more items. (You may receive a separate invoice for the additional shipping costs, if necessary).
Signature Confirmation - There is an additional charge of $4.50 if you require a signature when your order is delivered. Customer is responsible for receipt of delivery for packages with signature confirmation or tracking services only.
Although rare, we may experience delays in shipping and delivery, due to changes in our production process, unforeseen increases in demand for our products (especially during our busy season, spring/summer months), third party vendor logistics (operations and schedules), holidays or other variables that could adversely affect our operations. We value your business and will make every effort to deliver your merchandise in a "reasonable and timely" manner.
